VOOOOOOOOOOOI!
One of my favourite Varia members. I kinda prefer his hair like this than short or with bangs. The shark was random foolishness... I was actually thinking of drawing a little "surprised-Tsuna" next to the shark saying "出たッ!" (literally: "it came out!", though I would better translate it as "OMG!" or something similar) xD
